H1N1 Flu Update

October 1, 2009

Ross University officials are carefully monitoring the outbreak of H1N1 flu that has been reported in the U.S., Mexico, and other countries.

There are currently no cases of the H1N1 flu at Ross’s campuses in Dominica or St. Kitts, or in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The University has activated its Emergency Response Team to review and, if necessary, implement its emergency plan. Ross conducts emergency planning regularly and is prepared to respond to this, or any other, health emergency. Please know that we are monitoring the situation and are working with members of the Ross Administration, both in the U.S. and on the campuses, who will work with  local and national authorities to make sure a coordinated response is implemented, should the need arise.
