Total award starting at $131,210 USD: $110,000 USD off your tuition, equally distributed over 10 semesters beginning with Semester 1 of the MD program, plus a housing grant starting at $21,210 USD for up to five semesters who meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility
  • Provide evidence of graduation at a Canadian undergraduate university. A Canadian university is defined as: Any accredited university within Canada.
  • Incoming first-semester students
  • Students need not apply for this scholarship. It cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships or grants unless explicitly stated in the award terms. Medical Education Readiness Program students advancing to RUSM for the first semester are eligible.
  • Meeting the criteria above ensures a review for the scholarship but does not guarantee a scholarship will be awarded. RUSM reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and availability of institutional aid at any time without prior notice. Scholarship availability will be evaluated each session. This scholarship and housing grant are non-transferable.
Scholarship Terms

Retention of all scholarships and grants requires students to maintain full time, continuous enrollment status and remain in good standing, as defined in RUSM’s Student Handbook – Academic | Academic Standing & Progress.
