Total award starting at $131,210 USD: $110,000 USD off your tuition, equally distributed over 10 semesters beginning with Semester 1 of the MD program, plus a housing grant starting at $21,210 USD for up to five semesters who meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility
  • Provide evidence of graduation at an international undergraduate university OR any accredited university outside of the student’s home country. An international university is defined as: Any accredited university outside of Canada, the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Incoming first-semester students
  • Students do not need to apply for this scholarship and this scholarship can be awarded with most other scholarships/grants.
  • Medical Education Readiness Program students advancing to RUSM for the first semester.
  • It is not awarded to students who receive the Medical Education Readiness Award, Canadian Scholars Award, or Ross Scholar Award.
Scholarship Terms

Retention of all scholarships and grants requires students to maintain full time, continuous enrollment status and remain in good standing, as defined in RUSM’s Student Handbook – Academic | Academic Standing & Progress.
