Ross University School of Medicine’s Office of Alumni Relations seeks to foster lifelong relationships among alumni, students, faculty and friends through engagement opportunities and services that are both mutually beneficial and strategically aligned with the University’s mission and core values.
Objectives

Establish a robust and engaged Alumni Association that displays a strong sense of pride and affinity for their alma mater.

Implement programs and events that appeal to alumni on a professional, as well as emotional level.

Enhance the learning experience by facilitating student and alumni interactions in valuable and meaningful ways.

Keep alumni connected through traditional communication means and social media outlets.

Strengthen the University’s reputation by promoting the professional achievements and accolades of our alumni.

Steward alumni for future giving opportunities including scholarships and Annual Fund.
Alumni Relations Team
Shneail Burnett
Manager

Shneail joined RUSM in 2012 and currently spearheads the University's mentoring program, as well as several other alumni engagement initiatives. Prior to her current role, Shneail held positions in admissions, clinical advising and professional development. She draws upon her decade of higher education experience, deep knowledge of the student lifecycle and years of student engagement to connect with Ross alumni in an authentic and meaningful way. Her leisure activities include spending quality time with her family, traveling, and reading a good mystery novel.
Siham Hagos
Alumni Relations Coordinator

Siham joined RUSM in 2015. In her primary role, she organizes Ross programs and events such as graduation, receptions, information seminars, reunions, and continuing education programs. Previously, Siham was a Student Services Advisor, engaging students through various outreach campaigns as well as helping them navigate their medical education. Siham is active in many charitable organizations and currently volunteers and serves as Board Chair at EMC. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, dining, and learning about different cultures.
