Academic Resources and Support
The clinical portion of the medical school curriculum is as exciting as it is complex. It’s your job to focus on getting the most out of your clinical experience; it’s ours to help you navigate through the details so you can do just that. To this end, Ross University established the Rely On Student Service (ROSS) Model—a unique student support network that links every Ross clinical student with their own team of dedicated advisors.
Your support team will consist of:
- Clinical advisor(s)
- Student service advisor
- Financial aid advisor
- Student accounts advisor
- Registrar advisor
- Career advisors from the Office of Student Professional Development (OSPD)
- OSPD professional writer
While team members proactively check in with students to see how their clinical training is progressing and offer support as needed, they are essentially “your village,” so be proactive. Call on them for everything from questions about the Match to Step scores to letters of reference. They will be standing by, ready to help.
