MEDICAL SCHOOL TEACHING FACILITIES
Ross University School of Medicine is committed to equipping our students with the resources they need to succeed, including leading-edge instructional technology and learning systems that enliven the medical school experience and aid our students in understanding and mastering medical concepts.
Students begin their journey to become physicians on the school's campus in Barbados. The campus features technologically advanced facilities, including:

- An internationally accredited Simulation Institute, where students leverage sophisticated computerized patient simulators to practice basic and diagnostic treatment skills
- Technologically impressive laboratories for simulation learning and anatomy, including medical imaging capability

Classrooms & Laboratories
All of the classrooms and laboratories are equipped with an array of high-resolution monitors connected to state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and media players that are utilized by the faculty to enhance the teaching experience. All classroom computers are linked to the Learning Resource Center so that educational software can be accessed for teaching purposes.
Standard features for all new classrooms include large rear projection video display systems with additional plasma screen monitors offering a clear view of the teaching material for each seat in the classroom. New classrooms feature teleconferencing systems that provide learning opportunities to students both on and off campus in addition to wireless network access.
