She is also the founder and CEO of Williams Wellness Group. Dr. Haley is sought after by clients nationwide for her 25 years of experience in finance, healthcare & wellness. Her proven strategies have helped hundreds of women break through personal and professional barriers such as Perfectionism, Martyr Complex, and Imposter Syndrome.

Dr. Haley completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology on a full merit scholarship at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Following graduation, she returned home to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to help care for her grandmother and great aunt who were being treated or lung cancer. While caring for her family, she worked in the finance industry and as a healthcare subrogation specialist, which exposed her to significant health and socioeconomic disparities that exist in underserved communities. Her experience advocating for her terminally ill family members and underserved communities prompted her to pursue her childhood goal of becoming a physician.

Dr. Haley matriculated to Ross University School of Medicine and achieved her goal of becoming a physician when she graduated in 2009. She completed her family medicine residency at Southern Illinois University with a focus on rural and community medicine in 2012. Dr. Haley’s unique medical and social experiences have shaped her professional commitment to uplifting and empowering women to achieve greater prosperity and wellness.

In 2020, 91% of RUSM students passed the initial step of the United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE®) on the first attempt. And in 2022-2023, results show yet another strong year for RUSM with a 98% first-time residency attainment rate* thus far.
