Thank You For Taking Ross Med's Admissions Assessment!

Based on the information you provided you qualify for further review. We take a holistic approach when it comes to considering medical school admissions requirements, which means we look at not just MCAT scores and GPA, but your entire achievement history.

We highly recommend you schedule a time to talk to an Admissions Coordinator to discuss all the options available to you. We offer our Medical Education Readiness Program (MERP) and the MedOrigin course to help students further prepare for medical school.

MERP is a 15-week bridge program offered exclusively online. It is designed to help students who may not be as strong as they need to be in one or more areas to excel in our MD program. If you are offered MERP and pass, you are guaranteed a spot in the next first semester class of the MD program.

MedOrigin is a one-semester, in-person course in Barbados for students who need extra prep as they begin the MD program. It offers an intensive but supportive way to strengthen your foundation in biomedical sciences while sharpening essential academic skills. After completing MedOrigin, you’ll continue onto Semester 1 coursework. If you’re a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, MedOrigin is eligible for federal student aid.
