Christina   Salama PhD

Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences


Christina Salama, PhD graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and art history. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in clinical neuropsychology from Georgia State University. Dr. Salama completed her doctoral internship in Neuropsychology and Pediatric Consultation and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She joined the Kennedy Krieger Institute as a pediatric neuropsychologist from 2017 to 2019. Dr. Salama joined RUSM as a Behavioral Sciences faculty member in February 2019.  She is licensed in the state of Maryland as a clinical psychologist. Dr. Salama has special clinical interests in traumatic brain injury, pediatric rehabilitation, pediatric oncology, and multicultural neuropsychology.”
