Nicholas Rougely, MA
As the Director of Student Engagement, Nick Rougely provides leadership, oversight and collaboration in multiple Student Affairs areas including Residence Life, Campus Life (Student Government, Clubs/Organizations and Intramural Sports) as well as the Office of Student Conduct and Integrity.
Nick has worked in higher education and student affairs for over ten years; serving in a variety of institution types and with diverse student bodies. During this time a passion for Student Leadership and Diversity and Social Justice emerged including multiple presentations and education sessions in these functional areas. This focus fuels the work done through multiple years of overseeing Residence Life and Campus Life at various institutions. Nick has worked in close partnership with students, faculty and staff and seeks connections amongst all Ross University constituents.
Nick earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and Literature at Centenary College and University of Texas respectively. Nick has served in a variety of student affairs roles at San Francisco Art Institute, Texas Lutheran University and most recently as Associate Dean of Student Affairs at the California Institute of the Arts.
