Tetiana Hliebova, MD, MMed, CHSE
Biography
Dr. Tetiana Hliebova is an Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Foundations at Ross University School of Medicine. She has extensive experience in teaching clinical skills, patient-centered communication, and clinical reasoning to medical students.
Her teaching career spans both clinical practice and medical education, initially in Ukraine and, since 2016, in the Caribbean.
Dr. Hliebova is also a certified BLS Faculty and Instructor at the RUSM HEART Training Center, where she is actively involved in training healthcare providers in Basic Life Support and emergency response skills.
She is deeply engaged in medical education research, with a particular focus on clinical skills training, competency-based assessments, and emergency response education. She has made significant contributions to curriculum development, faculty training, and student assessment models, enhancing the integration of simulation-based learning and active learning methodologies in medical training.
Her dedication to advancing clinical education and emergency care training continues to impact the next generation of physicians, ensuring they develop strong foundational skills in patient care, clinical decision-making, and lifesaving interventions.
