Dr. Andreanna White, MBBS, MBA- HCM (Candidate)

Biography
Dr. Andreanna White joined Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) in 2023 as an Instructor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences. She brings a strong background in clinical medicine, anatomy, and medical education, with a keen focus on innovative teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
Prior to joining RUSM, Dr. White served as a physician at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in Barbados, where she gained extensive experience in patient care, medical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her role at QEH reinforced her strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, which she now applies in her teaching to prepare future physicians for clinical excellence.
As an Anatomy Instructor, Dr. White is actively involved in developing high-yield educational materials, designing USMLE-style assessments, and creating interactive lab experiences to enhance student learning. Her expertise in business administration and healthcare management also allows her to contribute to academic leadership, student engagement initiatives, and curriculum enhancement.
Dr. White has been recognized for her contributions to medical education and student mentorship, earning a nomination for Faculty Club Advisor of the Semester in 2025. She was also invited as a keynote speaker at her alma mater, the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, to address the Class of 2026.
